Without cybersecurity, there can be no national security! Today, Light Security is studying with everyone Article 24 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China.
Article 24 of the Cybersecurity Law stipulates that network operators shall provide users with network access, domain name registration services, fixed telephone, mobile telephone and other network access procedures, or provide users with information publishing, instant messaging and other services. When signing agreements with users or confirming the provision of services, they shall require users to provide true identity information. If users do not provide true identity information, network operators shall not provide relevant services for them.
The implementation of online real name system is conducive to building a good network order. A secure, stable, and prosperous cyberspace is of great significance for economic development and social stability. The cyberspace is virtual, but the people who participate in online activities are real. Some people with ulterior motives, dressed in “vests,” fabricate and distort facts, maliciously guide public opinion, and spread rumors and smear in their virtual identities. The real name system on the internet is a “mirror of reflection” that allows them to have nowhere to hide.
