Without cybersecurity, there can be no national security! Today, Light Security is studying Article 21 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China with everyone.

Article 21 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that the state implements a network security level protection system.

Network operators should fulfill relevant security protection obligations in accordance with the requirements of the network security level protection system, ensure that the network is free from interference, damage, or unauthorized access, and prevent network data leakage, theft, and tampering.

Network security level protection is the basic system, strategy, and method of national network security protection. It is an information system security level protection system operated by the Ministry of Public Security for many years. The introduction of the Network Security Law also strengthens the requirements for equal protection enforcement.

Network operators should implement a network security level protection system in accordance with regulations. Operators who fail to implement network security level protection or fail to take corresponding network security protection measures will face warnings or fines.
